Kia Ora e Hoa! So glad you made it! Welcome to my portfolio of writing samples.

Below are all my links and PDFs for your reading pleasure. For best experience please make sure you have a nice big coffee with you :)

Enjoy!

Please note: I also have some of my personal writing elsewhere on this site, but due to the anti-AI culture in my communities on substack, typos and grammatical faux pas have been left in as examples of human error. My commercial and professional work is below.

Corporate Articles

These are a selection of articles from my time doing internal comms for Tower Insurance. The brief was to create engaging comms that broke down complex insurance concepts for the wider business. These articles were published on the company intranet using Sharepoint.

Comic Writing: Rat and Goose

Rat and Goose is a satirical commentary on corporate life. Set from the perspective of the two receptionists, Rat and Goose, it captures the beauty of incredibly intelligent people somehow continuously proving that common sense ain't so common.

Social Media Copy

As part of my Social Media work with 2degrees I've been ideating, shooting, and doing copy for a number of the 2degrees TikTok and Instagram posts. I've attached links to the specific posts I have worked on end to end, but I have had a toe in on many others :)

Master of Visual Arts thesis

I don't actually expect you to read this I know you're busy but you asked for a portfolio and this is one of my greatest achievements.

The Colour of Consciousness: An exploration of Play in Paint is an accompanying text to my graduate exhibition. The series was an exploration of daydreams and flow state, and much like how a rose becomes perfume, the project was a distilling of playfulness and daydreams into a series of static images. The project used a lot of colour optics and board game inferences to help communicate these ideas.
